Shipping & Delivery
We ship to every governorate in Egypt. Free shipping on orders over 750 EGP.
Delivery times
- Order cut‑off: 5:00 PM Cairo time, Sunday–Thursday
- Dispatch: 1–3 working days after your order is confirmed
- Transit: 3–4 working days to your door
You receive a confirmation as soon as you order, a tracking link when the courier picks up your parcel, and a message on the day of delivery.
Shipping cost
- Orders over 750 EGP: free
- Orders under 750 EGP: a flat courier fee is shown at checkout before you pay
Payment
Cash on delivery, Visa, Mastercard and Meeza. For cash on delivery we confirm your order by OTP so nothing ships to a wrong number.
Changing your address
Message us on WhatsApp at +20 10 0808 4169 within 24 hours of ordering and we update the address. Once the parcel is with the courier the address cannot be changed.
Cancellations
You can cancel at any time before dispatch. After dispatch, simply refuse the parcel at the door or use our 14‑day return.
Damaged in transit
If the box is damaged, refuse the parcel and message us. If it was delivered while you were away, send us a photo within 48 hours and we send a replacement.
