SHIPPING COSTS

Free shipping for orders over 750 EGP

ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Once you place an order on our website, our team will immediately begin processing it. To help you plan your purchase, please note the following schedule:

Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (Cairo Time)  
Order Handling Time: 1-3 days (Monday - Friday)  
Transit Time: 3-4 days ((Monday - Friday)

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After placing your order, you will receive an email with your order number and details. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link. Additionally, we will notify you via email upon delivery of your order.

SHIPPING CARRIER

We partner with leading shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives promptly. The carrier may vary depending on your location and the nature of the product ordered.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 24 hours of placing your order at lenokegypt@gmail.com.

CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind before you receive your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy. 

PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
